My battery was completely dead in my car. No warning. So I had to get a battery and saw these guys were pretty close to me but it was close to closing time. And there were a lot of cars in the parking lot. Long story short I was in and out in about 45 minutes and even got about a $25 savings on the battery. Great Job Firestone.
Awesome service! I was in desperate need for a tire after running over a nail and I am thankful they had a tire in stock for me. Service was great. People were customer focused and the wait wasn't long at all. Kudos to the team for bailing me out in a jam!

Ken, the service advisor was amazing! Rolled in after daughter destroyed a tire. They were maxed to the max on jobs but ken took care of me!! 30 minutes later i was on my way!!
