RecommendedPassing though Dothan on our way back to Indiana after spending 2 weeks in Florida! Just as we passed through Dothan heading north on 231 when we detected brake problems. Called Firestone Complete Auto Care at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they said “turn back around and come in and we will take care of you”. We got there and found out that they closed at 5:00pm. Tech drove my Mustang GT like a maniac. I could hear my car going down the road from the waiting area. Grease all over the outside and inside of the car. 60 hours have passed and not one single phone call after logging my complaint with corporate. $1100 worth of tires, oil change and alignment and this is the sh*tty thanks I get for doing business with them. Done! I will warn everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.

They always go above and beyond with excellent costumer service.
Every time I take my truck to this Firestone they miss it up. I took it in one time and 2 months later they still didn't have it fixed. Then with out informing me they towed it to Nissan with wires hanging out because they missed it up so bad no one could fix it. Still to this day I still have problems with my truck. If you love your car/ truck don't take it to Firestone on the Northside of town.
Always tire sales!!!!!! This weekend there even doing an additional 10% off all tires!!!!! Awesome people
Great shop. The people are very friendly. Mike.....sir!.......you are the real deal. Great to meet a fellow veteran.
