Sceduled an appointment to have my alignment checked at 8:00 am. I arrived and checked in at 7:45 am. At 9:15 am i asked what the delay was. The lady stated they were waiting on a tech to check out a concern i had with car. One was not available. I asked when someone would be available soon. No one had taken the time to update me on any delay even though i was in store the entire time. I asked for my key and left store. The customer service lady didnt seem to care about anything. Poor service!
