I'm currently holding two receipts of proof that Junction city KS Firestone are liers and Scammers or just lack the intelligence thereof to work on anyones vehicle , but then again Manhattan KS Firestone said that this is not uncommon for the Junction city shop. I decided to take it to social media because obviously phone calls just won't suffice, I guess a 15$ an hour mechanic will do anything to get by, these guys are jokes, do not go here, If your looking for quality....
Everyone here is always so kind and happy. Never a dull moment here! As many other firestone in the area I only come to this one
My family and I were traveling on I70 when my son's car got a flat. We knew after removing it that the tire couldn't be repaired and he'd have to get a new one. The staff answered all our questions and were quick and thorough. They helped make a lousy situation much better.

Today will be my only time taking any vehicle to you guys. Here's a little background info for me. My father and I ran a shop until I left for the military. So yes I have mechanical and technical knowledge and the only time I bring any of my vehicles to a shop is when I physically do not have the means to do it (usually tools). I had gotten 4 new tires and an oil change, left town the same day and blew the valve stem out on the highway. Stayed in a hotel with a grandchild and dog for the night. I was able to take it to a different firestone in the a.m. , fixed and back on the road. I come home to JC and they were not able to reimburse me for the hotel fee, but they did do an alignment at no charge. Thank you Shaun . I will continue to do business with you
I love coming here everyone is always so nice and never feel pressured to get something done that they suggest. Nicole is the best great customer service from her. :)
