Staff is honest and up front about repairs, service, and pricing.
Took my vehicle here for an oil change. Said tire rod needs replaced which it does not. Refusing to offer customer service or assistance when dealing with outside entities. Overall I’ll drive to any other Firestone before going here. Heed the warning of the other reviews.
They are pretty great! They gave me a discount just for applying for the Firestone Credit card. They give you straight answers.

The customer care exceeded my expectations! The new manager was very polite and JONATHAN (mechanic) was very thorough…very hard to find GREAT SERVICE, but not anymore! Their team ROCKS!!!
