I scheduled an appointment for an alignment for 11:30 came here at 11:30 am now it is 4:30 pm my car is still inside the shop and they even didn’t started working on it yet. If I schedule an appointment they have to take care of my car on time also if they can’t work on it they should let the customer know that we are super busy we won’t be able to do it today please come tomorrow or will say we can’t get you in today
I called Firestone yesterday needing my front two headlights fixed. I have a 2011 Chevy Malibu, those models are a pain in the butt to fix them. Nolan and Jack answered my questions, squeezed me in same day & gave me the price he estimated. I will be coming here for all future car issues!
Got a flat tire in Downtown st paul. Jack , the service manager and kyle the technician were very helpful. Couldn’t ask for more! Excellent service. Will definately come back. Thank you guys.
