I had a low air pressure alert on one tire. Was just leaving town and zipped into Firestone to see if I could get air in my tire. I was welcomed so kindly by both employees. Jordan told me to pull my car up to first bay and he’d put the air in. Then he saw/pointed out that it was a big screw in my tire and when I asked if it could be fixed he said they could probably squeeze me in right then. My latest work resulting from an unusual situation from the previous job. I felt like the staff were conscientious in investigating and resolving the problem. Because I'm not super confident in all matters involving my vehicle, this experience increased my trust in the staff and services at the Firestone Highland Park location. Although it was a bit of a pain, it left me feeling confident in continuing to have my vehicle serviced there. Thank you.
This place is clearly ripping people off. Avoid at all costs. Wish there was a zero stars option. I booked an appointment to plug a tire. Showed up and they were super busy, but no big deal. When I got to the desk, the guy behind the counter said he wasn’t sure if he could fix it.?.?. He hadn’t even looked at my tire yet. He walked out and said he couldn’t fix it after looking at it.
