I’ve been a customer of Firestone on Ford Parkway for over 20 years. I enjoy getting to know the people behind the desk ever since Alex took over. I’ve been very impressed with the communication and follow up that she demonstrates and I believe it is Taking hold with the other Employees that sit upfront. Great job putting Alex in charge of the Ford Parkway store!
I brought my vehicle to this location in January for several issues, and because I had an extended warranty my vehicle was at the shop for 10 days. The day before I went to pick it up, I was contacted and told that while installing a part, the mechanic hit the windshield causing "spidering" on the glass. I asked how bad it was and they downplayed the damage, saying they didn't do windshield replacements, but they could give me a discount on the work. Called for a quote for front brakes and rotors on my car and was told they can’t give me a quote without inspecting the vehicle first. All I wanted was a quote and I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I have been a customer before and did like the service I have received in the past but will no longer be taking my vehicle there or recommending these people to anyone
Wow....wow....wow... Alex and Mike are aaaaaaaaaaamazing. Mike runs a tight ship, and Alex keeps the whole crew moving. Came in for an oil change, and quickly realized I deprately needed tires as well. (I never paid attention) from walking in the door, to walking back out the process was fast simplified, and well informed. I Can't wait to go back which should say alot, they even shopped around for me to show me I was getting the best price possible. That means a lot to me.
