Visiting New Jersey from Virginia I had tire issues with a tire when I arrived at my destination. I went to Firestone the next day to have it checked. I was told I needed new tires and the ones I needed were in stock and work can start immediately. Car was in and out in 90 minutes with 4 new tires.
The absolute WORST experience at Firestone on Parsonage Road, Edison NJ!!!! If I can give less than 1 star I would! PAT COYLE the Managing Partner is a complete SCUMBAG and lacks customer service skills! My experience was good friendly an polite.. I replaced all 4 tires an a wheel alignment... So far I feel satisfied.. Just one day though! Will keep my eye open
