They cheated my 16 year old son 4 tires 398 cost us 650. 3 maybe 4 trips. So much anger I could spit. I have people I don't care for and would not send them to Firestone. IF you don't believe me go in there. I bet before you are done they have found something else wrong with your vehicle and I am also betting that when you take it back they will blame it on someone else that it was not done right and charge you even more.
Crashed my truck, made me pay, and more They crashed my truck on a test drive (I had only brought it in to have a tire replaced and my tires balanced!) Ron, the manager, asked me where I wanted my truck towed to- they had crashed it so badly that my truck was no longer drivable.
