I called the minute they opened to set an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was immediately told no even though I was going to leave my car. He said he had 5 tickets in front of me and couldn't help me today. Really? They only service 5 cars a day. I have had a really nice experience here in the past but I understand the manager has changed. I am disappointed, I had found a shop that understood service.
