There's never a great time for a flat tire; however, today Ian took our stressful situation and confirmed there was 1 tire in stock and that as soon as we got to the shop they would take care of us and get us back on the road for our day long drive home. Ian also provided a great family friendly walking distance lunch recommendation. So even though we arent local if you ever need top notch service id highly recommend this Firestone Complete Auto Care For your tires and more!
I went Sunday, July 13, told Michael my issues with my radiator fan not working. We discussed it, and he git me set up for July 19 at 8 am. I arrived on Saturday and was greeted by Ian. I told him what I was there for, he got my car in, and Logan was the tech. I had them add an oil change, without an issue. Ian came to me and told me that I prior garage didn't plug in my fan. I was treated with respect and complete transparency. I would definitely recommend Firestone!
The manager and technician who worked on my 2018 Journey were very helpful. The ma ager suggested a safety inspection and it's a good thing he did. They found a couple very serious issues that needed addressed right away. My original plan was just front brakes but ended up with a few other things. The technician even stayed late to finish it up for me.
Was driving from Pittsburgh area to Wisconsin in a rental car when one of my tires suddenly started losing air. I hopped over to this Firestone and hoped they had time to fit me in and Ian was awesome. It did take a little bit of time, but it didn't horribly affect my schedule and I still got back to town at a decent time. They patched the tire even with it apparently being in a harder to patch spot that normal (and Ian hyped up the tech that fixed it VERY much, shoutout that guy) and I had no problems on the way home. Had a scheduled oil change for my 2010 VW. Arrived and was told they didn't have the filter in stock but they may have one in town. Got a call a few hours later that my car was done. After picking it up and driving for maybe 30 minutes my oil pressure light came on. Turns out they put the wrong filter in. I had to take it to the VW dealership and pay for another oil change 5 miles after the one from Firestone.
