The customer service was bad, they had my car a whole day and checked nothing. Called them in the morning and they were saying that we are having appointments. The worst management.
Worst customer service, dropped my fusion 11am and they had it for a whole day, they didn’t even given me a update, called them in the morning for the update and they were like we have appointments in the morning and said will provide with an update by afternoon, what in the world takes that long time for checking the alternator. Very bad customer service.
I am updating my review and taking the 5 star rating because my experience with the Firestone on Byrne Road has changed drastically. I first went there for a nail in my tire and received great service, which is why I returned when another tire developed a slow leak. Unfortunately, they misplaced the device needed to remove my lug nuts and told me to go to Mazda (who couldn’t help). On my own, I called the Holland Firestone to see if they could assist. They were not able to find the issue on my truck,had it for weeks. I go to pick it up and battery was dead, wouldn't give me a jump to drive it home. Then I get it home and the hood latch is snapped (never had a issue).They also said the fuel pressure was all over so I do a pressure test its losing pressure quickly so I follow gas lines and it's pouring gas,idk how they didn't find it.
I’m from the Cleveland area and got an unexpected flat tire . Ian and Devin did a great job getting me a new tire and back on the road ! My hometown Firestone isn’t as caring and friendly . Now I have to tell my hometown Firestone to step up their game lol . Thanks guys !!!
