Got my car in for a crankshaft position sensor replacement and got it back the next day. Ian was a great help, and was very patient with me, best service I could ask for!
Worst place ever we had our car there multiple times for the same problem and they refused to fix our car and we kept telling them to look at the starter and never did. They just kept saying that we had to take it to Honda but yet we took it to an actual mechanic and they said it was the starter like we said! Now my car works perfectly fine no thanks to fire stone.
I came in only able to afford 2 tires and really needed 4 so the guy at the counter worked it out so I could afford 4 tires for my car.
I'm giving two stars because they didn't go out of their way to get me in quickly. Otherwise I wouldn't give any stars. I was on the road traveling and started having trouble with my car. I stopped at the first place I could find (not Firestone) and the mechanic couldn't pinpoint the problem after doing diagnostics and checking everything out. Even after all the work they put into finding the problem, they didn't charge me anything for diagnostics work or anything else. I got back on the road and mediately had engine problem... read more
