I firmly believe that these 2 gentleman make the experience less of a hassle to bring your vehicle in for maintenance. No one likes waiting for their vehicle, but they keep you up to date on every detail good or bad. I was on a road trip and had a flat tire -- completely destroyed. The closest city was Toledo. I called Firestone and they had my tire. They were booked solid but found a way to squeeze me in to get me back on the road. They had a lot of compassion for my situation. Devin, the tech, did a great job on replacing my tire. Thank you.
Store employee was helpful and friendly. Was not pushy trying to up-sell services or nickle and dime you. I will definitely drive 20 minutes across town to give this store my business.
While traveling back to MD from Chicago, I stopped by this shop because something was “off” with my tires. I was expecting to wait for 2 hours just for my car to be assessed, but the tech, Devin, squeezed me in and got 4 new tires and my alignment done in under 2 hours. Ian’s customer service was outstanding and was even more appreciated during that stressful moment during my trip. They really helped brighten what very easily could have turned into a terrible day.
