Great customer service
I have been using Firestone for my complete auto care for years. I am no mechanic, and trust Firestone. After learning I had a nail in 1 of my tires, and being 1,000 miles from home, it was an easy decision to get a new tire. After about a 24 hour wait for the tire to come in, I was extremely disappointed to learn that the wrong size had been ordered. Not by me, but by the professionals that I trust my car care to.
