I have rarely encountered the top notch customer service we received from Robert. We felt like important customers; ,never rushed (even though they ended up staying over an hour after closing time to get our car fixed). Instead of just having us pay and go, he took the time to explain some things. When we asked about tires for another vehicle, he even went over different types and Jay even rolled one over for us to see the tread pattern on a particular tire. we spent $500 getting our starter fixed from you guys. 2ish months later it goes out again. come to find out you put a used starter in that was "remade" sure we could get it fixed through you again but we now live 2 hours away, the towing bill would be ridiculous and we have no way of getting up there without a car. we will never recommend you guys. what a rip off. when people pay that much money they expect a quality part.
Great place to go to. They will take care of you and be upfront and honest with you.
