Went this morning for my 8am appointment. Have to keep the vehicles going through this. The desk manager and the team were great! Thank you to the team for being available! 8 years of great service from this team.
Complete incompetence. Had 2 appts for 2:00. Never did one and was not able to follow directions on the other. Beware!
Very professional and helpful. The manager on that day, I believe his name was Brian, was courteous and friendly. Never tried to sell us services we did not need, yet made some suggestions for a future visit. Will most certainly use them a gain!
I've been going to Ashland Firestone for 2 years. They have always made sure my car is ready for a long trip. I never have to wait too long to have my oil changed. If you alert them that You think something's wrong with the car, they are great about checking into it. I've never went in and felt like they we're charging me for thing just to make money. If a filter is dirty they will show it to you and ask if you would like to replace it. I can't say enough about how much I love Firestone.
