This location was great. No complaints respectful receptive and quick too. I didn't feel like I was being discriminated against, like I was at the McKinley location. I went to the McKinley location the day before and they failed my vehicle for inspection and tried to get me to pay for non-essential things in order to get it to pass. I showed him the laws they didn't want to hear it I left got more evidence came back they didn't want to hear it threatened to call the cops on me. Maurice was great. Very friendly and super helpful.
Maurice, Rich, & the crew at the Hamburg location are great & they do a fantastic job. Knowledgeable, friendly, quick, fair, & professional service. Plus, Firestone has the lifetime alignment guarantee, basically pay for 2 up front, then you can get it checked & corrected as much as needed at no cost for as long as you own the vehicle!
