Great Service!
Excellent experience with Maurice and the team. Was visiting Hamburg from out of town when my car started making a squeaking noise that would make everyone on the street turn and look. Maurice quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, giving me peace of mind and letting me quickly get back to enjoying my vacation. No matter where I’m traveling, I’m happy to know there’s always a Firestone nearby to keep my car happy and me safe!
The guys at this location are ALL stellar! Friendly, personable, efficient, great communication, and even funny. They help me with 2 cars and if I bould give 10 I would. How about raises for the team? To find such hard-working and skilled workers is not easy, so help them to stay!
Had an alignment done and the cotter pins were left off the control arms. Could have been disastrous if I didn't notice.
