Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and always service our cars quickly! Mike is the best!
This is my first time coming to this Firestone and I will definitely be back. Maurice the store manager was very polite and extremely accommodating. I've been to plenty of other tire shops in the area in the past and every time I felt like I was a bother to them for me being there. But the entire time I was here I felt like every question was answered and I was a valued customer!
THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED! HAD TO GO TO MY MECHANIC TO REALLY FIX THE PROBLEM!
Great customer support. I appreciated having the tire pressure adjusted for winter temperatures.
