I can not thank the guys working at the McKinley Mall location of Firestone enough for always helping me out when I’ve had issues with my tires. After being given a loaner from my car dealer with a slow leak in a tire, they were always available to put air in it whenever I came by and they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Recently, I ran over some glass and drove in with a quickly deflating tire. This Firestone is amazing!! We were on a road trip and our brakes started making weird noises. Kevin went above and beyond to get our brake pads replaced SO FAST. I thought we were going to be stuck for at least a day, and we were done in two hours! He stayed late to finish up our car and I am eternally grateful. Car is running great after putting another 500 miles today. So thankful I pulled into that Firestone!!
After waiting over 4 months for the refund they promised me and with no refund in sight, I figured I’d finally leave a review. Went in for an alignment,(I have lifetime alignments) was given a list of “issues” with my car and I left(my car was fine with no problems at all). Upon leaving their parking lot my car started shaking, and multiple dash lights came on including the check engine light. Brad always saves the day & is the best mechanic out there. They made a poor customer experience right and I am grateful for the female manager who helped me get me my car back this morning as well
