I paid $1,100 for four new tires and left the lot. Within two minutes, my tire pressure light came on, so I immediately called and returned. At first, I was told I likely picked up a nail from their parking lot and that they would plug it. After checking, I was then told that within those same two minutes I bent my rim badly enough to require around 4,000 lbs of pressure. Had an appointment to get four brand new snow tires installed. After leaving, I noticed my tire pressure kept going down and I was only down the road. I came back and they blamed me and did nothing about it. I’m so upset I spent so much money and I feel like they played in my face. They also giggled. Don’t go there if you wanna be played

The service representative was very informative and explained everything in detail. He also was very friendly and personable. We left my car and was very pleased that the issue was diagnosed and fixed within a couple hours. He even showed us the part that was broken so we understood what was wrong. We will be repeat customers! Thank you 😊

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled an appointment to get new tires, and when I arrived, the advisor told me the tires were in stock. After waiting 30 minutes, he came back to say they were actually the wrong size. I then selected a different tire, and he told me there were four available — perfect. But an hour later, I was told they didn’t have those either and would need to get them from another shop.
