Bought Bridgestone Deueler Ascent AT OWL's in store yesterday 10/15/26, arrived at 9:45 (early) for 10 a.m. appt. on 10/16/26, was taken right away, told time would be approximately 1 hour to change tires. Time was actually 2 hours "Big tires take longer" I was told.( I call B.S.!! ) TPMS was to be readjusted on the tires, but wasn't done. Had to postpone chemo treatment, was a little miffed at this point. UPDATE - Almost 3 weeks later, no one has reached out. Customer service has escalated higher 3 times and still no one has called to discuss the situation. Extremely disappointed. Booked an appointment for a single tire replacement on my son’s car due to a blowout. Took them 2 hours to replace a single tire, stated it was because I selected the wrong size online and they had to dig one out. Guys in the shop were yelling at screaming at each other constantly. Wouldn’t use again.

Kept my money for no service provided for over a month. Check engine light. Was told it was catalytic converter. Charged me over $2400. 5 minutes down the road check engine light on again. Turn around. The next day informed the part was defective. I could come get my car for a full refund. Came back for a 3rd time, signed the paperwork. Took car to the dealer & it was NOT the catalytic converter at all. I get my credit card statement. The original charge is there, but NO refund. Call firestone. I had an appointment in the morning Dropped my keys off before they opened. Call twice around noon hung up on me twice show up that they lost the keys, but they just found them. I’d go somewhere else.
