I went to a local Firestone (McKinley Pkwy) as I believe I needed new brakes and my car was making a squealing sound. I made an appointment prior to showing up. After my car was taken to be checked, it was determined by them that I needed new front brakes, brake fluid, and cabin compressor cleaning. Since my car was there, I asked to add on a NYS inspection and tire rotation and oil change. I was promised my car would be completed within a few hours. Employees were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I did not like the time it took to change the oil and rotate the tires. Two hours with an appointment and advised that I would be waiting for the service.
Won’t go anywhere else
They were friendly, fast and helpful. I didn't have to wait very long and received good service.
Max and the team of techs are great. They helped me out quickly and efficiently two times and I plan to return in the future.
