You should make sure whoever you have working the desk, actually knows what they are doing and talking about. The man helping me this afternoon told me I needed 1 license plate bulb and it was $13. I told him I just changed that bulb 3 days ago. Ridiculously overpriced but I needed my inspection done today since I took off of work, so I said change it. The people who answer the phones are unreliable and misleading. Called for a price for a set of Flowmaster mufflers and how much to install and was told it was possible and they would call me back. Five hours later, I had to call back and find out that Terry forgot and he said he would call back again. No word from him. The next day I called and he isn't in today and the person who I spoke to says it's just not something that they're interested in. Thank you to all the staff at Firestone for being so kind and generous! They truly care about their community and supported our car wash at their facility in anyway they could. These guys are awesome!!
