Asked for the status of the flat tire. Manager? Stated she forgot to ask. Never received a call. Would not recommend to anyone.
Jeff the manager is awesome! I will not take my vehicles any place else. We have followed him where ever he works. And the team here is excellent. Wonderfully efficient. I refer people here all the time. They are honest and do an excellent job!
Jeff and the team at firestone had me in and out in an extremely timely manner. By far the best Firestone I have ever been to. Customer service was 10/10. If I could i would rate this Firestone higher.
