Id be very cautious about using this place. Its your typical grift shop. Front desk employees very nice. Mechanics not certified to work on a car or even change the oil. Id suggest taking it to a real mechanic.
sorry but I would never recommend Firestone to any of my friends! They were my only place that I could go for my car but it takes one tech that doesn't know what they are doing to damage a car and the customer has to pay out of their pocket what they damaged!

My SUV needed a whole lot of TLC. Go it here at Firestone. Staff is very friendly. Work is guaranteed.
Supposed to rotate my tires for $10... they tell me 1hr... 2.5hrs after waiting they then tell me they can not rotate my tires per “company policy”. Terrible service. Waste of time and a scam!!! Never again... Firestone sucks!!!
We have been going to them for all the work we need and they are excellent. We love the work.
