I wish I could give 0/5 stars. I am beyond appalled at my service at Firestone college station. I came in for an oil change and they changed my oil and found a battery issue so also fixed the battery. As I was leaving the facility with my car and turned onto Texas Ave I immediately noticed a clicking noise. I turn back around and return within 5 minutes from the car pickup. They inspect the car and find a nail in the back left tire. I did not have this prior to dropping off my car today. I asked if they could fix this tire d... read more
Update: you’ll see the comment below as if they care and tried to fix the problem. They didn’t. She sent an email as they asked. They said the manager would reach out to her. And predictably. The manager never did. 0/5 star review still stands. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE WITH UNDAMAGED PROPERTY!! My wife drove her car in for a simple oil change. Tires intact dropping it off. Today I went to Costco and purchased a new battery for my truck and soon realized it was going to be too heavy for me to lift that high to replace the dead battery. That was stupidly on my part. I’m 73 years old and definitely know my limitations. Since Costco doesn’t install batteries I felt I needed help.
