Carlos personally took care of me by driving to pick up a tire for me himself saving me from a stranding situation with a flat tire.
I’ve been here over two hours now for an oil change. 30 minutes to get my car in the shop. Car has been in the air 90 minutes now and he still hasn’t lowered the car to add the oil. Mind you I’m also waiting in the store and at work. The lady at the counter is nice but said she would be able to get the truck serviced. It does not take 2+ hours to complete an oil change. I am a former Firestone employee so I know the technician is ignoring my vehicle. I will never return to this location.
