I had an appointment with them for a tire rotation Carlos and the team did a fantastic job they also help me with my tire value stem sensor and also found out that I was missing a brake caliper bolt and took care of that great customer service definitely will come back again definitely recommend this location great people and actually care about your vehicle in your safety.
Looked them up on google and got their #. I Tried to call 2 times to set appt. the # would not go thru. I ended up just walking in there. the manager was loud and very agressive form the beginning. I was explaining to him about the phone #-he was very dismissive. I asked for the price of oil change. $115 for full synthetic. I walked out. Not a good experience
I had an unexpected incident on a Sunday afternoon, resulting in two blown tires. By the time I arrived at Firestone, it was 15 minutes before closing. I’d call ahead, and the store had my tires ready and the technicians were eager to get me back on the road same day. I was driving off with new tires in 45 minutes. Carlos and his team are great!
Great service. Very helpful and takes care of their customers.
