I usually don't take the time to type/write a review but OMGOSH!!!! Scott has been a tremendous help and he is completely honest with everything about my car. I suggest coming here, especially someone that actually knows what their talking about instead of just talking up a random or in circles.
Mr. Scott (service manager) at this Firestone location goes above and beyond to provide quality service and work! He gets the work done in a timely manner and goes out of his way to inform you of every step along the way. He is the most helpful, honest, and understanding person that I have met to work on my car. I will be coming back to this location because of him. He will go out of his way for you! The location is also very helpful and has new management to keep things moving smoothly. They will work hard for you!

Visited the 92 Woodstock Store. Had to take my vehicle back 3 different times. Car was misdiagnosed and we paid for things that likely shouldn’t have been replaced. Although trying to get the mechanic to admit to that, was an entirely other story. Although from the initial diagnoses codes provided to me from Onstar and relayed to the technicians from day 1 remained the same. They then offered, after the third time (trying to charge us multiple times for a new diagnoses charge) to provide us with an estimate of the new items ... read more
