What is the point of an appointment when I’ve waited an hour BEFORE they decided to take my car in for service? It does state if the appointment isn’t available they’re suppose to call and let me know but NO, no call, no notice just one hour and a half later and still waiting!
After doing business with Firestone Complete Auto Care @ Cross Creek Mall, Fayetteville, NC for over 30 years, my Family decided to try to salvage our business relationship by attempting to do business @ Fort Bragg, NC - Gruber Road. In December 2018, we took our 2016 Ford Flex into get new tires and a battery. At the same time, the check engine light came on in our 2010 Ford Flex.
