BEWARE: Set an appointment for an alignment for 2days later, gave my car info for foreigner vehicle (model etc). Arrived 10 minutes early, when they called my name, I was then told they would have to put car on rack to see if they could work on my vehicle. QUESTION: why wasn’t I told that on the phone. At that point, I lost faith in them, never to go back.

We were down the road when we discovered our tire was not drivable and needed to put our spare on. The Jack was missing so we called Firestone. They took us right in and changed our spare for us very quickly! Not only did they do this quickly, on a five minute notice, but also didn’t expect us to pay them anything. It was amazing service and great people!
Huge Rave to this particular branch, When the dealer diagnosed my squeaking truck to be a $1200 part, The guys here at Firestone Complete Auto Care figured out the problem (which wasn't what the dealer said it was) and fixed it . Saved me a ton! Cant thank these guys enough. No more embarrassing squeaking noise. Would recommend this company over and over.
I have dealt with this Firestone for years. I drive a 1 Ton dually (6 tires), and pull a 43’ gooseneck trailer (4 more tires) and I have literally purchased thousands of dollars in tires. I use my vehicles for business and only buy the best. At last count I have purchased 20 tires from them in the last 4 years. I was pulled over today by a very nice officer who warned me that my brake lights were completely out. Not wanting to screw around with this I went to the closest possible place to get this fixed. The wait was going to be over an hour, so to pass time I decide to Google the problem and watch a YouTube video. Pretty much figured out it could be a fuse or a brake switch which is a $10 part.
