I was treated with respect and kept informed of the work being done on my car while I was waiting by the manager. Don, the manager, was very communicative with me and made sure I understood the charges for the work I was needing to be done,

We had a flat on a Sunday in a loaner vehicle. Thank goodness Firestone was open. The wait was not long at all, and John was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. He and my boyfriend chit chatted about all types of vehicles. There's not many places that you can go to where people actually enjoy their jobs, but when someone is friendly especially on a Sunday - I feel that they should be acknowledged. So thanks John at Firestone for making our experience great.
