The team at Firestone Kyle was very professional, courteous and in constant contact with the progress of repairs and new tire installation. The professionalism and quality of work has been consistent since my first visit in 2014.
Walk-on and requested regular service. Was greeted friendly. Took order expediently and was informed of option, cost and time. Very satisfied with service and personnel.
Made an appointment online for 1pm ; representative called to verify. Drove up there dropped off and service tech stated it would be hour and half. That turned into 5 pm ; in which we called and they just got the car in the bay. 6 pm rolls around and we called back and the hadn’t even put the filters in. We declined the filters and picked up car. That was the 1st and last time we use their services.
