I give this place a negative 10!! My son took his car in for tire rotation and alignment. They broke parts to the car and attempted to have him pay which was not going to happen. You broke it you will pay it. 3 weeks later corporate had to get involved in order for them to even attempt to offer a rental for my son to transfer my grandkids to and from school. They are one of the worst people to deal with and they know NOTHING about cars!!

I would recommend this to any of my friends and family. The management team here is very professional and also very caring. They just did a complete brake system repair on my son's truck and it was a fantastic job.
I take my car there all the time. If I need a ride back home while they fix it. No problem. They back their work and always gives me any discount available.
I had an appointment today for 10am to get one tire patched and one headlight replaced. Greg was the service advisor I dealt with at the front desk and he asked me what time I needed it finished by. I told him 1pm at the latest and he said that would be no problem. Come 1pm I call to make sure it’s finished and Greg lets me know they haven’t even started on my vehicle. Hands down, the best customer service in the business! They get all of my business, all the time.
I have recently started taking my Jeep to firestone. Both times I've gone the customer service has been outstanding. They explain everything thoroughly. Prices seem a bit steep but i cant complain about quality of service.
