I will never come to this location again
The Siegen Baton Rouge Firestone is horrible. Will never use another Firestone again because of them. Rude workers. No compassion. Never again. Marshall and Alan to be exact, not real men.
They were polite,they didn't have the tire I needed so I went back later so they can fix it,thanks very much
I went there for a Front End Alignment. Service was great, I was 1st in and 1st out...lol Will go to them for any vehicle needs. Thanks Firestone!! �����
From being certified . They did horrible , only reason I went there was I didn't have tools while I'm out at work. They are careless, they impacted my wheel lugs nuts then tried torque specs which for my truck is 100 ft/lbs and there service check is a joke ,they didn't even open the hood !!!! And marked that all fuild levels was in limits , and my washer was full ,which it was empty.. I wouldn't bring my bicycle to this firestone again..

My first time visiting this Firestone and I loved it! The staff was very pleasant and the two managers were amazing. I will be back for any maintenance needed on my vehicle.
