I purchased all of my tires here, so I dropped my vehicle off before 8am for a free rotation and told them I'd be coming back at 5pm because I have to go out of town. Went at 5:15pm to pick it up, and they had not even started the maintenance. Received a coupon for a free oil change as an apology, but it's not even worth the chance to come back.

No need for setting an appointment they will start on your car a hour later than the appointment and try to poke holes in your tire to tell you to purchase tires from them. Scammers just go to your local dealership.
Shout out to the Firestone crew. Crazy, raining, storming afternoon with a flat tire on I 10. They took us in and fixed everything fast and friendly. Thank you guys so much!
