Let me first start off by saying that I have been a loyal Firestone customer for many years, have their credit card, have spent thousands of dollars with them. Recently my car failed to start, had it towed there with a sensor error and they replaced for $400 dollars. Drove the car home and next morning, the car failed to start again! Finally got the car started and back to Firestone, and no not a starter issue, was told they failed to mention additional sensors that coincide with the sensors they replaced in which they offer... read more
I was a walk in took a while to service my car but in the mean time it was customer appreciation day they fed us cookies , hot dogs , hamburgers and drinks free. Thanks the job finish and my car runs great <3
