Had a fast leak in one of my tired that came on out of nowhere. Couldn't be repaired, so replaced. Took a little longer than expected but spot on good job.

I was traveling over the road on a delivery from Missouri to Wyoming. My air went out in the middle of the day 98° outside. Found a Firestone in St Joseph, Missouri. Even though they were really really busy, they worked me in took care of my repair on my air conditioner and got me out on the road within an hour. You can’t do better than that. Those guys and lady were great. I’ve always had good results in customer service from Firestone. Thank you guys And gal 🤗
The reason i scheduled an appointment was to get an oil change plus brakes and engine diagnostics but they didn’t change the oil! The technician talked to me like he didn’t have time to talk to me and i felt like it was because i’m a minority! I have been a Firestone customer for several years but from now on i will be looking for different place to get services on my cars!
This location continues to offer amazing service in an efficient manner that shows their expertise and commitment to return customers. Had a really good experience yesterday with my Dad who turned 85 yesterday and his wife, and they were celebrating their anniversary and bought 6 new tires at a great deal. They gave my dad a military discount and got both the oils changed. Very pleased and grateful for the service and patience the staff had with the whole experience.
