After 4 visits to another shop in town the breaks on a vehicle we purchased used were still SCREAMING!!! These guys validated our concerns and fixed it right!!!

On the road, far from home when the electrical system died in our truck. It was early evening but Firestone was still open. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get us on the road the next morning (had to wait for parts) If we lived in St. Joseph we would definitely be regular customers.
Negative star review! My 19yo college student drove from Maryville to St. Joseph for a scheduled inspection. The manager told her they were too busy, regardless of the appointment that was made and 2 service people who could perform the service. She was told to leave her car and come pick it up the next day. She wouldn't have a ride back 45 minutes away to get her car. They're willing to strand my daughter rather than put forth errors to provide the service she scheduled an appointment for! Loyal customers please read this, ... read more
