Always the best! We love this place and have never had any issues in the 6 years we’ve used them. Honest, efficient and super pleasant people. I trust them to give me the truth and not sell me things I don’t need. No pressure at all.
If you value your car, do not bring it to this location. I had a flat tire on my way down to Florida visiting my dad and had tire rack. Send this location a replacement tire. I scheduled an appointment and came in and had the tire changed while dropping off the car I instructed this location not to over torque my wheels as they were a special set. The technician then torque to my wheels to 168 foot pounds and stripped three out of my five lugs. They also billed me for changing a valve stem which they did not do. Once I retur... read more
Unfortunately we picked up a nail in one of our tires and lost air. We were traveling and made an appointment, but arrived 45 minutes early. The mechanics squeezed us in early and we were on our way. We live 900 miles away so we won’t likely return, but if anyone is in the area, I would highly recommend it!
Came for a alignment ended up waiting 2 hours with an appointment seen the tech take my car for a spin twice never again!
