Staff was so friendly. They got me in and out in less than an hour. I was so thankful for their help as I was out of town. This was hands down the best service I have received.
I went a week ago to change the tires and receive all the service from balancing to alignment... but I noticed that my vehicle was vibrating after 55 miles, I decided to take it back for service and from the moment I arrived the attitude was rude... in the end... the car is worse and they damaged my 4 rims... they destroyed the paint... run away from there.
3 words…Bobby FREAKIN Henley! I don’t think I have ever received that good of service at a tire shop. He really bent over backwards to make sure I was safe to drive on the road. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Although my previous experience from Firestone was negative, my experience recently was pleasant and received fast service. Just make sure that when you get your tires rotated that they don't drop your rims on equipment! LOL
2nd visit with my husband's SUV and the service was as professional and easy to understand as the first. The car is running better than ever. Thanks Firestone Gina Ramirez
