I was out of town on business and had a perpetual slow leak in my tire. Thankfully they were open past 5 and were able to have me out by 6. I wish more shops stayed open later. Great speedy and friendly service.
A big shout out to all the people at Firestone Hadley. I had air pressure challenges with my tires today, and I visited this auto care. They took my Prius right away and quickly took care of the problem, plus they checked my spare. They were friendly and courteous. It was so good to have reliable service.
Bought 4 tires for my truck, three are 4 years old one is 3 years old already. Told they would do a free alignment to just call and schedule it. Now they say they dont do free alignments and want to charge me... screw you. I will never go back and i will never send anyone to you... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUISNESS PRACTICE.
Pissed off with this shop. Engine light came on brought car to them. Light went off when they pulled the car into the bay. Did nothing. Drove less than 15 minutes and engine light came back on engine running like crap. Now the car is back. Firestone, thank you for making my birthday a shitty one.
An hour plus to get an inspection! Never again. Go to a real garage.
