I had an oil change, tire rotation and paid extra for them to check everything to make sure everything was ok. I don't know what they did, but now my car pulls to left. I have to keep the wheel turned slightly right to stay on the road.
I purchased some new tires online for my dad because he is on fixed disability income and had them shipped to Firestone on N MacArthur. They installed the tires and my dad was happy until he went out found one of the brand new tires was completely flat. We had it towed back to firestone and they said it was a valve stem failure and he had to purchase a new tire. They were quick and easy, great people that we'd easy to talk to. In and out in under an hr.
Their rude and full of it they try to tell you things are wrong with your car when it's not and try to get money out of you they told me today my windshield wash sprayer wasn't working got it in right after they got done with it and it works! I've never had a bad experience at a hibdon or firestone in 10 years I won't be returning back to this store.
