They were amazing my tires were off balance they fixed it great timing to
Firestone Greenfield went above and beyond to fix our tire problem
Heater hoses were replaced. They then called and said your water pump is leaking. They installed a new water pump. The next morning I noticed a leak. Took it back and the same guy said it was a leaking water pump again. They replaced the water pump again. I noticed the leak again. I crawled under the truck and could clearly see the water pump had a drip but it was coming from the hoses that they had replaced. The water pump never was leaking. They will not refund the unneeded repair.
Great Service!
Rodion was the manager. He took his time explaining the tires I was interested in. The delivery took longer than he expected and was very apologetic about the wait. You could not have hired a better manager for your business!!! I plan to return to the same Firestone in the future!
