HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We took our car in because our check engine light went on. We paid a bill over $1400. When we got back to IL our check engine light came back on. We took the car to our regular Firestone in IL. The Manager advised us there was black electrical tape around some of the parts and he had to order replacement parts as they were broken. We were also advised we were OVERCHARGED approximately 2 hours of labor. We are long term loyal customers of Firestone in IL with EXCELLENT service but I would recommend to STAY... read more
