Eldorado Firestone is now a Doctor's office 4-5 day wait for simple rotate balance their own tires. A customer since they opened in McKinney 26 years. This local has gone to the Dogs treating established customers with a history of thousands spent there. DO NOT SPEND A DIME AT THIS LOCAL save yourself the hassle. GO to Allen Texas Same Day Service for easy balance rotate. Great Guys in Allen Firestone

In January I had a busted tire that needed replacement. I asked that the tires be rotated at the same time as this was prepaid for as part of original purpose. When I picked up the car, the new tire has been put on and I assumed that the tires have been rotated. They had not. Last week I came back to have my tires rotated ‘again’ and balanced. Used dropbox for an oil change. They never checked the box in the morning, so when I called they did not have it done. They told me they were bringing it back to do it immediately, 90 minutes later, my car was still sitting in the lot, never looked at. Service staff was horrible, was given back my key with no explanation, no care at all. Will not return nor recommend.
