It has gone down in quality and integrity. Technicians and front deck folks are not communicating properly. I had to explain it all over again with symptoms of my vehicle. Overpriced and untrustworthy always upselling it even though the vehicle doesn’t require it.

I had had a sidewall tear on a Pirelli tire mounted on a 2005 Mini Cooper S. I checked on line at a major tire retailer and in person at Discount Tire. All had to order it. I called Firestone at Randolph JBSA and had an appointment that morning for an equal or better run flat. Service was prompt, taking less than 30 minutes. I am most impressed.
David was very very nice and took his time explaining everything l needed to know about my situation. Awesome young man
