Hit or miss on the service you'll get. I took my vehicle there and they kept telling me what was wrong and the cost. No one knew the error code though. When someone finally told me the code, it didn't coincide with the fault they listed or the symptoms my car was exhibiting. Also, the time and price to fix the item they said was way off. DO NOT GO HERE! Firestone in Silverdale, WA did a shotty job repairing my exhaust manifolds and the car caught fire the same day becoming a total loss. Despite inspections claiming wires being misrouted, etc. Firestone has refused to refund me for any of the damage. This company is unethical and has been reported to the inspector General and BBB. Had slow leak that they tried to find but couldn't. Took in 3 times & they found a teeny tiny pin size hole. They were very patient with me & I ended up with a whole new tire! In addition I recently had my tires routinely rotated. While there I asked if they could change the oil & fix a brake light. They did both & it ended costing me much less then if I would have went to Jiffy Lube and dealer. Those guys are always great. Patient, fast & they take the time to explain what is going on. Shout out to Chris at the Silverdale Firestone. My rental car had a blowout and he gave me great customer service. Unfortunately they didn't have the tire I needed in stock and couldn't get it before I needed to leave, but Chris really treated me well even though we were dealing with a less than cooperative rental car company. I had 2 tires about to blow. They took me in at 5:30pm and did 4 tires and an alignment. Who else would have done that? New Bridgestone driveguard RunFlat tires are super quiet and nice and sticky. My 2013 subaru legacy premium loves them. I put 45 thousand miles on my car the last year and a half.. I know driving well
Had a great experience. Sean helped us so much with some shock issues we were having with our escalade. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't take advantage of us. I was there without my husband and he took the time to physically show me what was wrong. He suggested some other issues get fixed and was more then helpful when I told him it was something we would have to do on our own. If I could give this a 0 I would. Called after having a flat tire. Devon or something like that was extremely short with me. Wasn't giving me help with looking up a tire and had an attitude. Note to you divin or Devon if someone calls about having a flat maybe they're having a rough day. Maybe don't add to it by making me seem incompetent. Thanks
