Carlos and team are amazing! My son and I were driving cross country when a tire shredded on 84 fifty miles from this Firestone. It was a Sunday and nothing closer was open. We pulled in to Firestone, was warmly greeted by Carlos and he made sure we were good, recommended some place to eat (Twigs - so good!), and made sure we could get safely back on the road to our final destination that night.
