They took care off all my needs on the vehicle
Absolutely ridiculous, had them fix my ac less than 3 months ago and now my vehicle is back in their shop because it stopped working. Was quoted $1,100.00 to replace the compressor and it'll take 3 hours to do it. Made an appointment for today at 7am.....my vehicle is still up on the lift going on now 4 hours. Spoke with another shop who said it should only take max 2 hours to do that. Really wish I wouldn't of brought my vehicle back to Firestone. They milk the hours so they can charge more and don't even make sure your veh... read more
