RecommendedNo appointment for a replace fan belt, got me in and out in 2 1/2 hrs. Not bad.
I went in they were friendly and helped me right away. Made my appointment for next day. As soon as I got there my car was taken care of. I was in and out. New brakes for my baby! 😊 They did a great job!
Made an appointment for 10am to have my driver side window fixed. Michael was very clear in telling me when I could expect to hear from him, what the fee was, and that the charge for the diagnostic would cover labor once the problem was diagnosed, but that the parts would be a separate charge. I got my car back at the end of the day, and he even stayed open past closing time because I was walking to get my car and was running late. I was very satisfied with my visit to this location, I had been going to the dealership for my oil changes and tire rotations at the last trip I made they told me I needed $2500 in repairs that were needed as soon as possible I went to this Firestone and the manager had tech do a detailed inspection and found only minimal work was required at the cost of $150 and it was a different problem than I was told it was at the dealership , Aaron and his staff will be my go to people in the future
Never will go to this Firestone location for emergency. Got a flat tire and ask the manager if they could help me even without an appointment. He told me they only have two technicians and suggested I leave my car and pick it up later in the afternoon or go to Allen Tires ( closed on Sunday ). Good thing I have Triple A.
9/25/2011.....We bought 4 new tires,alignment,checked brakes (turned out all it needed was clean brake fluid) very honest!!, oil changes..Starting with the original phone call with Ceasar, he was very polite,professional and appt time was great for us..The quote $ wasn't bad for the work that needed to be done..The customers service we received while we were there deserved a 5 STAR RATING...Being a Sunday and all, they're availability on hours are great for us...We will definitely come back for all our CAR service needs.
