you people, Anthoney was horrible. I came all that way for a front and rear alignment. which I know the rear needs it. it shakes over 65 and is out of alignment. anthoney sent me home. I'm very angry
I got my Uber car serviced here at Firestone Tires today with a tire rotation and oil change at 3:00pm. I picked up my first Uber passenger of the day to take them to Los Angeles at 5:00pm. The oil panel made a loud dragging noise as it fell off and lit a trail of sparks on the 710 north. I will be there tomorrow at 8:00am to show your company the damage it caused to my Honda Civic.
These guys are fantastic. I was stuck in Long Beach with a flat and the dealership I bought my car from had provided me with the wrong key for my lock nuts on my rims. I had to get it towed and we brought it here. They were great, helped resolve my lock nut key issue and set me up with a couple new tires for a great price!
To preface this review, I typically do my own car maintenance. I am not a mechanic, but I've done a decent amount of work on cars. I've changed my own brakes, rotors, oil, brake fluid, belts, etc. My car is a newer Honda Civic with 90,000 miles and before this I have not had any work done on it other than routine maintenance(mostly done myself).
