I spoke with Phil at Firestone this evening regarding an issue with my Dodge Dart. He was insanely helpful and really went out of his way to take his time explaining everything to me and even managed to fit me in for a last minute slot despite it being close to closing time. Phil, you are an absolute life saver and have saved me a huge headache so thank you! I would 100% recommend!
