They lie and don't honor appointments you make! I would recommend somewhere else!
The score reflects the lack of respect for my time. I scheduled a tire appointment in person on Wed, June 25, and was told two of the four tires I was purchasing would be brought in for my Sat, June 28 appointment. I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM as asked, only to be told the tires wouldn’t arrive until 1 PM. No one offered to reschedule or request to bring the car back when materials were onsite.
