Update: I'm changing my review from two stars to one star because guess what, it happened again. ----- I made an appointment yesterday for 9 this more. Turns out, my appointment was not honored because it was made with the corporate office and they don't actually know the schedule at the actual shop. The shop is "booked for days". Guy at the counter said he's experienced this problem since he started working here. I would like to share my experience regarding this business and its employees. I went to the front desk on April 23, 2026, to request a flat tire repair—a service listed as available—but I was turned away. I inquired about this service on two separate occasions, and both times I was told that they didn't have the time to perform the work. It was truly frustrating to see two individuals sitting there—yawning, running their hands through their hair, and clearly not doing their jobs—when I was in need of a service. No mechanics in the shop, cars up on lift. No air tools zipping along. Just the sound of a dove. Everyone there should be fired immediately.
Fast and reliable
I spoke with Bob over the phone on April 8th, 2026. Got an a last minute appointment at 11:30AM for a alignment (I have lifetime alignment). I just got work done in the under cabin that needed an alignment done and I was promised this would get done that day within 30-45 minutes.
