We have been using this shop for a few years. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My car is always done correctly and on time.
On Sunday 7 27 2025 the staff was knowledgeable about cars and finish our car in a timely manner thank you guys
Sadly, after an oil change, they didn't clip the cover back on right. They also didn't replace the valve covers on the tires. Sub-par work & their excuse was due to manning. I will not return to this location.

**⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed and Concerned for Safety** I brought my vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Goodyear (W Van Buren) because it was shaking badly. I made it very clear that my tires were brand new—only 2 days old—and had no wear. They told me it was a balance issue, inspected the tires, confirmed they were in great shape, and recommended a wheel alignment, which I paid for.
