My wife dropped off the truck at noon, for a flat repair and/or tire replacement and added an oil change. They called her at 4:45pm saying they couldn't find the wheel lock key(last rotate was done in july 2025@ pebble creek firestone), not sure why that took 5 hours. Tire was pro-rated, they did not check the history and tried to charge me for mount & balance, even though i had purchased lifetime mount & balance. Did amazing work on my Camaro SS , replaced some of the suspension parts within the same day!!
When it comes to wait times. They don't disappoint, took my infiniti for an oil change, sat down and 30 minutes later all done. Great service and customer service.
