I had an appointment to balance my tires at 4pm and i called at 6:45pm, just before they close at 7pm, to see if my truck was ready. I was on hold for more than 5 minutes for Robert to inform me that there was a nail in my tire and my tires were cracked. They did nothing for my truck and this was a horrible customer service experience as we are leaving for out of town in the morning. This Firestone location is horrible and we will never go there again Thanks for wasting my time.
Had a front end alignment done, great personal from beginning to end. Great price and service, timing excellent.
This particular Firestone shop has always done a great job.
Horrible technicians. I came here get my alignment this morning at 9 30 and left at 12 with both of my vehicles and my car having more problems than i originally came in for. The store manager is a great guy, the younger lady technician doing my alignment didn’t perform a pre alignment inspection prior to aligning the car and set the steering wheel at the wrong angle while adjusting the tire rod ends. they gave me my car with the steering wheel completely off set and the steering wheel angle sensor was thrown off because of ... read more
They cannot debug a simple issue & charge you for something random you did not authorize. They even kept my car for several days without touching it. I had to literally show them the issue and they still could not fix it. Instead of fixing the issue, they charged me 200 additional dollars for unwanted diagnosis. I had wasted at-least 10k here on same car. Now they say you should sell the car. Avoid if you have mechanical issues. I gave 2 stars because they can fix standard issues.
