I will NEVER go to firestone again! I had my son take his car to get Freon put in because the car was starting to blow hot air! When he took it in they told him that it wasn’t the Freon, it was the compressor that went bad and he needed to replace it! I asked them several times, what makes you think it was the compressor, they said oh we put it on the machine & we know these cars have these issues all the time! If it wasn't one thing wrong it was another. I was dumb enough to give them another chance. After having my oil change recently, we found out that someone at Firestone was doing a half fast job and used the wrong size tool on my drain plug. Good news, my new drain plug came in the mail today, other news; never going back to Firestone unless I hear a change in service.
When requesting an oil change, the quote was charging me for 10 extra quarts of oil. After the oil change I asked the mechanic how many quarts he used and he replied “6”. When I went to pay the cashier was going to charge me for the 10 extra quarts. When I called him out on it he replied, “I don’t know how that happened.” He changed the invoice , deducting the extra charge. How many people don’t look at their receipts? Never going there again!
