Have to say, wasn't the greateat experience. Was just in for an uber inspection and all I got was how inconvenient they are to do... And how they "get in the way of real customers". Uhm I paid $20 for that inspection as opposed to the lyft inspection which was free buddy. Nice to know paying for an uber inspection is not considered being a real customer and is an inconvenience. Tim is the manager there an they took advantage of my girl while she was pregnant the car is damaged beyond repair I don't know why they would do this but I'm taking full action against them for tuning my car putting my baby's life along with my girls in harms way I will never forgive you firestone

The technician, Loren, is one of the coolest humans on the planet. I don't know who else still works at this location, due to the fact that I quit in early 2013. But as far as the corporation, FUCK Firestone. A pathetic excuse for a company. They treat their hardest working and most loyal employees like dog shit. Great technicians under horrible management. 11 visits and 0 likes. You do the math. PS to Bryan: may I have my knife back, please? PSS to Bryan, I can't get over my cold with all of this A/C and lack of stress.
