I have a bad battery it’s been tested 2x from O’Reillys and auto zone and they say the same thing. Firestone is trying to tell me something different

The staff here helped me to avoid an unsafe situation with my tire after I was going to an independent firestone that was not by the book.
Been here 3hrs already and i had an appointment, no updates or anything!! SMFHO
I tried to schedule and appointment on line,but the site didn't work. What I do not like is having to wait 1-1/2 hr. Wait for a oil change.
