I have a bad battery it’s been tested 2x from O’Reillys and auto zone and they say the same thing. Firestone is trying to tell me something different

I tried to schedule and appointment on line,but the site didn't work. What I do not like is having to wait 1-1/2 hr. Wait for a oil change.
