I made an appointment online to take my car in to trouble shoot why the tire indicator light had been on for a few weeks. Not only did they explain the proper amount of air needed (do not look at the tire, look at your vehicle's recommendation!), but Mark deflated to the proper amount and reset my indicator light with no charge. I have used the guys at this Firestone for years, and they will continue to get my business. They know exactly what good customer service is all about. Thank you!!!
Great crew. Great customer service. Fabulous folks. While I was there a female driver came in, by herself, travelling from Kentucky to New Orleans, having tire trouble, and they went out of their way to take care of her.
Late evening, pouring rain, kid in the car, and a rupture on the sidewall of my Deiveguard. I had to leave the car in the shop. The team ordered me a new tire since I have a Road hazard agreement. No hassle, pain free. More so the Tire Manager Jonathan, drove me home, and waited in front of the house to make sure I got in safe. He went above and beyond just to make sure me and my little bug are OK. Thank u guys!!! You are awesome!!
