Im not sure how to start this other than the beginning. I had to get new brakes and rotors on my car. This was 3/24/2025. I picked it up in the evening and the following day, 3/25/2025, is when I had issues with my car. Please keep in mind I had been on 485 doing 70mph (the speed limit) but my car shook so badly I got off the highway and took the back roads to my destination. Ray, Jim, and all the staff here are wonderful. They are friendly and honest mechanics. I’ve had great experiences here for years. It makes a big difference that they thoroughly explain what each recommend repair is and how much it is needed. As someone who doesn’t know a whole lot about cars, I appreciate that I can ask questions and know I will receive a thoughtful answer with both pros and cons explained. Highly recommend!
I've been going to this location for 4 years for all my auto maintenance or any issues. The staff are always prompt and always honest. I appreciate Jim and staff for their help always!
