I purchased 4 tires from. Firestone ...purchased the hazard roadside service. .had something in my tire...on the side..replaced with new tire for under 35.00..it realy makes a difference...shout out to Manager, Hurbert Lee..at the Norwood location...he is awesome...and always remembers me...please DON'T send him anywhere...thanks again..
I had a 7 o'clock appt didn't leave til 11:40. Of course they found other things needed to be done. Their vendor didn't have a part so they had to get it from a third party. I can say my car runs a lot better.
