Ended up waiting for a long while to get a tire replaced. Had to ask what was going on, seeing my car on the lift with nothing happening. Apparently there was a problem with tire being delivered. This was after I had been given, on the phone, a price on a different tire that was in stock, but when I asked if they could just use that one instead to avoid having to wait longer they told me the in-stock tire wasn't appropriate for my vehicle... Updated review 4/2025: So I've been coming here once a year for annual inspection for my vehicles. I've had minimal problems with them, always have been in and out in about an hour. The only real issue I have had in the past was they would tell me that they have no availability for inspection - meanwhile the waiting room is completely empty and they have no cars in the working area. Whatever, it was never that huge of deal because I would just come back the next day. I came back this past week for my annual car inspection...... read more
