Called because of a flat tire, they were able to get me scheduled right away and could provide price estimates over the phone. When the tire couldn’t be patched and needed replacement they showed me where it had split on the sidewall—Very professional and transparent, super grateful they were able to help me out!
The TLDR of my review is: PROCEED WITH CAUTION and (1) request that this Firestone save your old parts if they do a replacement of any kind. And (2) specifically request that the technician, Dan, does NOT work on your vehicle. I brought my Ford vehicle back on January 13th for check engine light related to the EGR system and misfires in the engine. The team here is great, they're accommodating & reassuring every step of the way. I've had some awful experiences at other Firestones, this one really makes up for those past experiences.
Erin was amazing! She kept me updated the whole time and even called to check in and let me know what was going on with my car. She really tried her best to get everything taken care of and made the whole process smooth. She was polite, easygoing, and very understanding. Great customer service I truly appreciate her help!
