Erin attended to me and she was very pleasant and patient. She’s super respectful and willing to help and answer all questions. Rocky was the guy that worked in my car, he was very transparent, efficient and professional.
Went in to get an alignment, I have the lifetime alignment deal, decided to get tires rotated was totd different vehicles have there own pattern of rotation, ok can mine be done according to specs yeah sure np. When finally done I asked how were they rotated...was told just front to back that's all was called for. Simple Google search proves otherwise, why lie? I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle without making me feel pressured. They got the job done in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
I went to Firestone for the first time to get a wheel alignment. The second time I visited—to get an oil change—they informed me via a service notice that I needed to have the coolant replaced. Subsequently, my brakes suddenly started malfunctioning. When I returned to Firestone, Rocky told me that repairs would cost $1,168, and yet my car is still not functioning properly.
