Appointment was set for 2pm 7-30-2020 about 15-20 minutes after they took car to service they your team told my girlfriend she had to change all her A-arms and bushings air tire sensors etc. so actually your team was able to inspect all sensors and A-arms and all those bushings in 15-20 minutes ? But it takes 4 hrs to change 4 tires after we declined to move forward with replacing “A-arms bushings and sensors “ etc. And so next morning 7-31-2020 driver front and passenger rear went flat so we took it to firestone on pacific ... read more

Service is trash. Stuff will get stolen out of your car. My cuzzin was there dude named Marques JOHNSON stile her check book out of her car. They acted as if it was her fault. Service is garbage, managent is beyond faulty. Don’t trust these people with your car. No integrity or work ethic. Highly disappointed, disrespected, and appalled. Save your time and money !!!!!
I may have had to wait a long time but they took Care of me I will be going back people need to understand if they are working on your car u need to have relax there not ignoring you if you stay other wise just drop it off and come back when they call you
My truck went in for full inspection and oil change on 10/24/16 on 11/5/16 my truck engine locked due to no oil in the engine, 13days after oil change, no one in shop except Ryan apologized nor had empathy for my situation, tho I have allowed them to tow and do their investigation, I now have to take it to further measures because apparently the work the techs do there can not be trusted.
